How do you ensure fragile ceramics arrive safely?

We use professional-grade double-boxing techniques and eco-friendly cushioning materials to ensure your collectible pieces are protected against impact during transit.

Are your ceramic pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our functional ware is safe for microwave and dishwasher use; however, pieces with gold luster, delicate filigree, or specific matte glazes should be hand-washed to preserve their finish.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the item. We will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Do you offer international shipping for your collections?

Yes, we ship our ceramics worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I request a custom commission or personalized piece?

How can I verify the authenticity of a limited edition piece?

Every limited edition collectible comes with a physical Certificate of Authenticity and a hand-signed maker's mark on the base of the ceramic.
