At Collectible Ceramics, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home decor; if your piece is not a perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the safe transit of these delicate materials.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the ceramic piece you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully wrap the item in its original bubble wrap and double-box it to prevent breakage during shipping, ensuring the Return Authorization is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio confirms the item is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
